CORGI Fenestration Registered Companies

CORGI Fenestration installation scheme

CORGI Fenestration provides a quality assured scheme for the installation, repair and maintenance of all fenestration products in existing properties, extensions to properties and new build. Fenestration products include doors, windows, conservatories, orangeries, porches and roofline products.

The scheme includes a Competent Person Scheme for the replacement of external windows, doors, roof windows and roof lights against the relevant Building Regulations in domestic and commercial properties which is provided by NAPIT, who are a government authorised Competent Person Scheme.

Please note that planning and building control approval may still be required for some installations. Installations in buildings higher than 18m must always be subject to building control inspection even when carried out by a member of a competent person scheme. Your installation company will be able to advise you.

Once the work is complete, your installer will notify their work to CORGI Fenestration and we will provide a certificate that shows all the work carried out at your property. We will also supply a NAPIT Building Regulation Compliance Certificate for work which is permitted to be self-certified within the scope of their Competent Person Scheme.

A Fenestration Compliance Guarantee will be provided which gives financial protection if a problem arises and your installer has ceased to trade. This covers the work that is permitted to be self-certified within the scope of the Building Regulations in England and Wales and was registered with us by the installer as compliant.

You should keep these documents safe as you may need them should you wish to sell your property or need to demonstrate that work has been carried out.

Please contact us if you wish to check that your installer is CORGI Fenestration registered by email on or call us on 0800 246 1729.

Customer feedback is important to both your installer and to us. It allows us to continuously assess and to check that our registered companies are providing a good service. It also allows other customers to be able to review the comments and scores when selecting their provider.

We would very much appreciate if you could complete this for us.

Photo ID Cards
If an engineer is visiting your home you should always check they’re registered and qualified for the work you need doing. You can check this by looking at their ID card and scanning the QR Code on the card.

If they do not have their card with them, or you are unable or would prefer not to scan the card then please contact us and we will check our register for you.
