To ensure consumer protection as well as complying with the scheme requirements CORGI Fenestration Registered Companies must agree to operate in accordance with the recognised code of conduct.
CORGI Fenestration has a robust complaints process which covers all the fenestration work notified for the identified site. We will accept complaints covering all aspects and will attempt to resolve the issues between the homeowner or client with the registered business.
All consumers will be invited to rate their installation for inclusion in Rate your Installation, a ‘TripAdvisor’ type consumer feedback service run by CORGI Fenestration. This will allow homeowners to choose installers independently rated by other satisfied customers.
